the death of my blog

sadly this blog has died,ย  and it died a long time ago, i just looked back at my last post and it was in November! haha and the last time i didn’t post about sports was in January of last year! well i AM proud that this death wasn’t caused by Facebook! (i didn’t sign up for facebook until May [April? i dunno] of this year) i’m not sure why i stopped blogging but i do know that whatever i had blogged before usually wasn’t even that great or profound anyway lol well, what to do about this blog, i dunno… i have thought of turning it into a sports blog, mainly because sports is a big interest of me but (ha!) not of most of my readers ๐Ÿ™‚ i also thought of spouting off stuff about politics but i’m afraid that might get me into some bloody arguments! and i doubt i have time to jump on the computer every hour to return a comment :S well like i said before, i don’t know what i will do with my blog, but if your lucky, i might decide and post something in the next 6 months ๐Ÿ˜€

p.s. (for those of you that it really matters) sorry about the poorly punctuated and capitalized post, but hey, i definitely don’t have the inspiration to write a REAL post. HA!

quote of the day

Q: What is it about Brodie that has you sold?

GAILEY: โ€œHe has ability. He works at it and heโ€™s smart. And good.โ€

I was so “blessed” ๐Ÿ™‚ when i saw this. This was taken from a Q&A on kcchiefs.com. (Chan) Gaily is the chiefs offensive coordinator. Brodie (croyle) is the chiefs current starting quarterback and a lot of people have a lot of questions about how good he is. A quote from Bob Gretz, a writer on kcchiefs.com (and he does some other stuff too but i can’t remember), “Croyle has won over his coaches and teammates, now he looks to win the confidence of the fans.”

man that got long fast…

if you were not interested and still read the whole post, congratulations

ok cya

well last weekend we went to labette county and had a lot of fun… we got there early on saturday… Christopher, Stephen, and I practiced football some that afternoon and I’ll just say that we needed the practice ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚ on sunday we had a fun time in sunday school (see more at Mark’s [Nisly] blog http://lucentwarrior.tumblr.com/, the title of the post is heard today in my jr. SS class) thanks mark for teaching! anyway after church we convinced a bunch of the older guys to help us play football… it was a ton of fun… thanks a bunch you guys! alright on tuesday we had a field trip and that was fun… well nothing exciting has happened since then… bye

Jamie

well this guy (Kolby Smith) (and yes, he is a rookie) rushed for 150 yards and TWO touchdowns last sunday

i’m kinda pumped about him because the chiefs other running back (Larry Johnson) -well how shall i say it nicely- isn’t doing so hot. he’s been out with an injury, but before then it just didn’t seem like the same LJ that we saw last year…

sorry ’bout that i just had to post something, and football came to mind first.

this morning i went to choir… it was fun! i then came home and worked on algebra till noon… since we don’t schedule any school for fridays, i was then done for the day week (i didn’t do the algebra on Thursday)… have i ever told you what i think of algebra?? its hard for the most part, but my dad is probably the best algebra teacher i could have.. so that makes it more simple!! if ur jealous, shoot me now… tonight was the annual babysitting evening that our youth group puts on… we played scatter (a cool but exhausting game) basically the whole evening with a 20 minute break for a scit… the actors (and actresses) did a very good job! well i have rambled on and if u read the whole post congrats… oh and might as well comment, ahem

p.s. sorry ’bout the football thing, if u didn’t understand all of it, you can email me, and if you don’t have my address, you can get it from someone who does.. sorry lol

p.s. i’m happy to be done posting such a weird post

we just got back from a looooong eastern trip… we were gone for a week and a half… i’m soooo tired even tho i just woke up… we visited places in PA, ohio, west virginia, and Kentucky…it was fun but tiring… i also think that we shouln’t have driven straight through on the way home… i was feeling sick part of our trip but thankfully it was only a day and a night… well its football season again but i don’t have enough energy to be excited… its only the preseason anyway… well i no longer can think of anything to write… cya

well i guess i can write a little update. for the last week Will Schmucker has been turning an old cistern (that never held water (ha ha get the joke) ) in grandpa’s basement into a bedroom. today we poured cement to smooth the floor out. (the floor was already concrete but it wasn’t level) it was an educational experience to say the least. this evening I’ve been messing around and i eventually will read a hank the cowdog book. they are a great source of humor and inspiration to me lol. well i shall bring this post to a close. see ya. jami.

ok this going to be short.. today we finished mulching! yesterday we had a really fun swimming thing and most fun of all was i finally found someone that dislikes the spurs! rock on marvin! i’m sorry jacob that you were outnumbered lol. its about time lol… last nite mike took me out for my birthday… ( for those who don’t understand – it was 6 months late because of tax season) THANKS MIKE, A TON! today once we were done working i played shteph 1 0n 1ย  basketball and he won for the first time 20-18… i’ve got to practice if my little brother is better than me… lol ok i got to go now

Jami

well its going fine and i could say a lot but i have to keep it short… last weekend we went to my cousin’s wedding in Arkansas… it was fun hanging out with cousins and we played some prettyย  good basketball (even though i was accused of being a ball hog [i deny all charges]) !we got back monday and we had to chore for cliffs… they got back thursday… thursday nite we had our sunday school party thing, it was quite fun! we rode our bikes through town and ate at papa johns… we discussed the nba finals and i’m the only one in my class that is cheering for the Caveliers. the rest are either neutral or cheering for the DIRTY spurs!!!!!ย  ๐Ÿ˜ฆ lol well cya (sorry i thought it was going to be short)
